Returns Policy
Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. When you receive your headpiece or veil, please inspect it and try it on immediately. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at once.
- Custom pieces can be exchanged, but can not be returned. Any color or design combination other than what is pictured on the website is considered "custom".
- There is no fee to make an exchange, however a 15% restocking fee will be applied for allowable returns.
- Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 4 days of receipt and must be in perfect, unworn condition or they will not be accepted. Please insure and track your return package.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for the additional shipping costs on exchanges.
